The Constitution of the York University Cave and Pothole Club should be read in conjunction with the Code of Practice and Risk Assessment set out by the Club. These documents exist to unify the running of the club through annual changes in committee and are designed to protect members safety and rights. Hopefully the members of the club can organise things and sort out disputes without any problem, but these documents are in place to help if requited so everyone knows where they stand.

The Constitution and Code of Practice do get updated periodically which requires a committee meeting and vote on the changes.
